Important: This is product-preview language for Test Mode and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before ChatterZoo accepts real payments or opens broadly to children and schools.

Adult-managed accounts

ChatterZoo accounts for children must be created and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or authorized school representative who is legally able to agree to these terms.

Learning service

ChatterZoo provides supplemental language practice. It does not replace a school, certified educator, medical professional, speech therapist, or accessibility specialist.

Safe and respectful use

Members must not use ChatterZoo to seek personal information from a child, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass safety controls.

Membership and billing

Paid memberships renew according to the plan shown in Stripe Checkout until canceled. Billing management and cancellation are available through the Stripe Customer Portal. The v1.27cz release operates in Stripe Test Mode and does not authorize real charges.

AI-generated learning content

AI-assisted responses can be incomplete or mistaken. Adult supervisors should review learning activity and report anything inappropriate or inaccurate.

Changes and contact

Final production terms will include the business identity, governing law, contact method, refund policy, warranties, limitations, and other legally required provisions.
